Blueberry Farmer's Cheese

Our fresh farmer's cheese is smooth and creamy. Think goat cheese without the tang! You can spread this on a bagel or toast at room temperature, or crumble in a salad when cold. It's the perfect cheese for crackers too! This sweet cheese is perfect on a bagel, cracker, and as a lovely pairing with savory cheese on a charcuterie board. This is a pasteurized cheese, 6 oz. each. SHELF LIFE IS 60-90 DAYS DEPENDING ON BATCH. MUST BE REFRIGERATED.
