Chive Cheddar

Our Chive Cheddar is handcrafted on our family dairy farm using the fresh raw milk from our own herd. Using a traditional Cheddar recipe, we blend aromatic chives into our fresh curds, resulting in a beautifully-aged, flavorful Cheddar. This cheese is divine in grilled cheese or simply served with crackers. We lab-test every single batch of cheese for safety before selling it. SHELF LIFE-150 DAYS FROM PACKAGING ORDER.
