The quintessential Southern nut butter, our Peanut Pecan Butter was the first nut butter made by the fledgling Big Spoon Roasters in our co-founders Mark & Megan’s home kitchen in the fall of 2010. Combining the rich, buttery sweetness of slow-roasted Organic Texas pecans, High-Oleic Runner peanuts, raw Organic wildflower honey, and Jacobsen sea salt, this recipe was an instant hit at the local NC farmers’ markets and was named “one of the seven best things we tasted in 2011” by the editors of Food & Wine.
