Our Chili Pepper Cheddar is handcrafted using traditional Cheddaring methods at our family dairy farm. We use the raw milk from our own herd and blend chili and chipotle peppers right into our fresh curds. This is a delightfully smoky and spicy cheese that melts and grates perfectly!
